According to some studies, open source is being adopted by 78% of companies out there. Many companies are starting to build corporate open source programs to make sure they are realizing the most value out of their participation in open source. Companies like Autodesk, Intel, Google, Samsung, Facebook, Box, Twitter and even Microsoft have established open source offices within their companies. TODO is an open group of companies who want to collaborate on practices, tools, and other ways to run successful and effective open source projects and programs. This talk will cover some of the lessons learned in the TODO Group along with some of the tools the group has developed to manage corporate scale open source programs.
