Peter Drucker said “If you can’t measure it, you can’t improve it.” The idea has been the guiding principle of Randy’s work across industries. With a background in computer engineering and data warehousing, he’s worked with companies to ingest and integrate new sources of data, to increase efficiencies and tap new revenue streams in bioinformatics, plastics manufacturing, online advertising, transportation infrastructure, oil & gas, and telcos & ISPs. Addressing business contexts within platform architecture and solution design has been the starting point for enabling Randy’s clients to account for Drucker’s maxim within their organizations. By working with client stakeholders to define, compute, and analyze new metrics from new data sources, Randy helps customers better manage and unlock the value of their data assets.
